These terms cover the free public website, browser calculators, on-call timesheet and draft work-summary tool. No desktop software licence or paid service is currently offered through this site.

Permitted use

You may use the calculator for lawful personal or business record-keeping. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated traffic that degrades availability.

Your inputs

You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and confidentiality of information you enter. The current browser tools do not transmit those field values to OvertimeLog.

No professional advice

Outputs are arithmetic estimates. They are not legal, employment, payroll, accounting or tax advice and do not establish that payment is owed.

Availability and warranty

The site is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
